step two is a little harder, but still easy. Make sure to GRANT THIS SESSION when asked if you want to load the FTP program or Allow this JAVASCRIPT application to run. Just browse to your completed file and click the upload button or double-click the file.

uploading should only take a few minutes up to an hour depending on your file size and connection speed.
